It may be Fall, but there’s never truly an off-season for real estate on LBI

fall on lbiHere on Long Beach Island we’re in the midst of what some call the ‘shoulder season’ – which refers to the off-season here on the Island typically between November and May where some believe life comes to a complete halt.

There’s only one issue with that theory – it may be quiet, but life here on LBI does anything but come to a stand still.

In fact, with the blinking lights on the Boulevard, traffic tends to flow a bit more fluidly now than in the high season.

But, we digress, as evidenced by the activity the Beach House Realty team experienced last weekend.

Our team hosted eight showings on our office listings, in addition to seeing two offers being written.

We also made an offer on another agency’s listing on behalf of one of our buyers.

Numbers that prove, as we see it, life is good and well here. The air and ocean temps may be cooler, but it’s always a good time to list and buy on LBI.

Call us, we have the dream beachfront listings (and more). Own one you want to go to market with? We’re the team for you.

We invite you to check out our current Beach House Realty Featured Listings Here.

It’s raining here today, but you know what they say – a rainy day at the beach is better than any day at the office.

Your LBI home is waiting for you.
